Who you buy from

ArtYourData is operated by George Rowe, 11 Dragons Court, Bristol, BS5 7XX, United Kingdom. For order or legal enquiries, email hello@artyourdata.com.

Prices and payment

Print prices and available sizes are shown before checkout. Postage is calculated from the size and destination and added before you pay. Any applicable taxes included in the checkout total are shown there. We use Stripe to process payment and do not receive your full card details. An order is confirmed after payment succeeds; we will email you the order details.

Making your print

Your design uses the activity data, print size, colours and text selected for the order. Gift orders may need the recipient to connect Strava and choose activities before the final design can be made. If you selected buyer approval, printing waits for that approval. Production and delivery estimates are guidance, not guaranteed dates.

Delivery

We send prints to the address confirmed at checkout. Check it carefully and tell us promptly if it needs correcting. We will provide dispatch information when available. International orders may incur import duties, taxes or carrier charges payable by the recipient. If a parcel is delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Cancellations, returns and statutory rights

For a refund request or any issue with a print, gift print or Gift Code, please get in touch at hello@artyourdata.com with your order reference. We handle requests personally and will respond within two working days. During our soft launch we do not offer discretionary partial refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to a full refund or price reduction.

We're a small business, and each personalised print is a unique custom item made specifically from your activity data and design choices. Because it is made just for you and cannot be resold, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once we begin making it. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period does not apply to these personalised items. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as you can and we will help where possible. A print made only from standard options may have different cancellation rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a print is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order reference and a description or photos of the issue. We will offer the remedy required by law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. A gift code or other item that is not genuinely personalised is subject to any cancellation rights that apply to it.

Your activity data and content

You are responsible for choosing the correct activity, GPX file, date range, names and artwork text, and for having permission to supply any third-party content. We show a preview and review details before checkout. Tell us about an error as soon as you notice it; changes may no longer be possible once printing begins. If our production differs from the order you confirmed, your statutory rights still apply.

Artwork rights

You keep rights in your own data and content. ArtYourData retains rights in its templates, software, artwork system and brand. You may enjoy and share the print and supplied customer image files for personal, non-commercial use. We will not publish your artwork without a separate permission choice. See our privacy notice.

If something goes wrong

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as described, for example because an artwork cannot be generated from the supplied data or a material price or listing error occurred. We will explain the options and refund a payment if we cannot fulfil the order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our responsibility for other losses is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed, as far as the law permits.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live. Contact hello@artyourdata.com and we will try to resolve an issue promptly.
